MUNTHE is a show brand with two annual shows at Copenhagen Fashion Week and the brand is on a global growth journey. JOB DESTRIPTION
- Define the overall brand strategy for MUNTHE, including brand guidelines, brand vision and value propositions – on short as well as long term.
- Create brand awareness by telling the unique story of MUNTHE and by disseminating knowledge about our sustainable journey.
- Define and execute our communication strategy and develop local approaches for key markets and retailers and own channels in cooperation with the team.
- Collaborate closely internally with other teams at MUNTHE - with focus on the sales team - to develop and manage initiatives that drive sales by developing communications, marketing strategies and campaigns to support existing and new products, services, market segments and business opportunities.
- Plan and execute all communications and media actions across channels, including responsibility for our annual PR & Marketing plan and content calendar.
- Contribute to the development of MUNTHE as a brand by building and developing our storytelling across the brand and products that will strengthen our editorial coverage in both print and digital media even further.
- Managing the budget and keep a strong focus on results.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Experience from a similar position within PR & Marketing from lifestyle brands or advertising agencies in international environments.
- A strong established network within media and fashion.
- A very good knowledge and high interest in fashion.
- Great project management skills, showing initiative and prioritization of PR & Marketing activities and campaigns – without losing the focus on long-term agendas for MUNTHE.
- Excellent communicative and organizational skills.
- Versatile with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communication
- Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English.

- You are a very strong networker internationally with a likeable personality.
