We are looking for a social star to help A.P. Moller – Maersk to keep going all the way on the social media channels to help grow our communities, build our brand and protect and enhance our global reputation.
With 5 Million followers across our channels, you will have the chance to make a real impact for a company that has a very real impact in the world.
Responsibilities
You will work with the Senior Social Media Manager and Social Media team on managing and producing content for the corporate channels Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
You will manage the social media management platforms and content calendars.
Other key tasks:
- Monitor campaign performance and report back results to the wider team and stakeholders
- Have a strategic overview of all social media activity across Paid and Organic and identify opportunities to make an impact.
- Work with stakeholders across Media, Branding, Marketing, Public Affairs, and Global teams.
- Manage in-house creative delivery team.
This role will be based in Copenhagen and some travel will be expected.
Who we are looking for
You have 4+ years work experience and expert knowledge of the various social media channels plus emerging local and global social platforms.
You have deep understanding of how to attract audiences & engage communities combined with solid experience of operating key social media platforms for a major brand.
You have hands on experience and can produce content using film, editing and design programs as well as proven ability to drive creativity and authentic storytelling that is aligned with the business goals and brand strategy.
Furthermore you:
- Are fluent in English, both orally and verbally which enables you to write short, concise and engaging post copy
- Have strong collaboration, people skills and stakeholder management
- Experienced planning and coordination know-how with attention to detail
- Are able to convert learnings from analytics and tracking into actionable improved social media content
- Have solid media-relations experience. Preferably with crisis communications and risk management on social media
- Are passionate for and in tune with the latest social media trends, across platforms and user behavior
- Monitor the competitive landscape, social listening, and the evolution of digital and social media best practices
- Drive adoption of best practices for social media content creation and the development of breakthrough social media experiences
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, and presentation delivery
- Strategic thinker who can work with other partners to develop best in class ideas and oversee execution
- Have strong understanding of digital marketing
- Are creative and positive
- Have commercial awareness and business understanding.
- Are analytical
- Are a self-motivated, self-starter who is always thinking a step ahead
- Are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Are able to produce creative content using various film editing and design programs
- Have experience of working with in-house creative delivery team or commissioning freelancers/agencies
- Have the ability to distinguish between, local, regional and global cultural trends.
