We are looking for a talented and ambitious Head of Website to contribute to the continuous development and to grow and build a world class brand.
ABOUT DANISH ENDURANCE
We are a young high-growth company within e-commerce, with a flat structure and a friendly, dynamic working environment. We are a truly international team consisting of more approx. 60 employees and 25 different nationalities based in Copenhagen and Gramrode, near Horsens.
With DANISH ENDURANCE, we focus on Danish design and sustainable manufacturing in Europe and Asia. We develop our products in cooperation with Olympic athletes and extreme outdoor adventurers.
We are online only and are a major global Amazon player strongly supported by our website, Zalando and other growing online channels.
We have a scalable and unique data-driven business model, our ambitions are high, and we strongly believe that everything is possible. That is why we need you!
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE JOB?
As Head of Website, you will have the overall responsibility of growing an already successful website and setting the strategic direction for the years to come. You will be leading a dedicated team of four and you will be reporting directly to our CEO.
The ambitions are to grow the share of sales through own website significantly making the website a strategic cornerstone in building a truly great, global worldclass brand.
The growth is heavily supported by investments in marketing. Marketing is also expected to play a significant role in the growth moving forward.
DANISH ENDURANCE is extremely data driven with a high number of daily transactions across current online platforms. It is expected that the Head of Website will use the available data to formulate and execute on an effective growth strategy.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
You are an excellent executer, with a strong analytic approach. You have a proactive hands-on attitude, but you also master the strategic aspects. You are a team player and lead by example, and you thrive in an ever-changing environment.
Your ambition is to develop on of the absolute strongest performing web shops in Denmark together with the rest of the team.

Qualifications:
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Proven track record from similar positions with top tier performing website(s)
- Data and KPI driven
- Solid experience with Shopify
- Excellent understanding off Google Analytics and Social Media Advertising
- SEM and SEO understanding
- Cohort and CLV knowledge
- Experience working with website design, UX and digital development
- Budgeting and forecasting as well as P&L responsibility
- Experience form working with community, retention or subscription strategies
- Fluent in English
