Do you dream of working in a digital marketing team, for a financially strong and successful international company in growth? Are you ready to take responsibility for your own team, and help disrupt an industry in dire need of transformation?
As a Senior Marketing Manager at Autobutler, you will play a key role in the coming years' digitalization of the car industry. You will work directly with the CMO and a number of Senior Marketing Specialists, with the primary goal of executing the global marketing roadmap in all of Autobutlers five markets (Denmark, Sweden, Germany, France, United Kingdom).
You will be responsible for setting and leading your own team of Marketing Managers, and lead all execution in the areas of CRM, SEO, PPC, and PR. You will be the main responsible for the global marketing roadmap, which is defined by the CMO and Senior Marketing Specialists, and secure ongoing growth across channels and markets.
To succeed in the position, you need to be a detailed oriented person with experience and passion for project management, marketing, and communication. We are currently in the process of building up an entirely new international marketing team, where you will be a key part of defining that team and the culture for many years ahead.
You will report to Autobutler's CMO, and become part of a team of in-house specialists, based in Autobutler's Copenhagen head office.
Tasks and responsibilities
In collaboration with the Senior Marketing Specialists, you will lead the execution of the global marketing roadmap. You will in cooperation with every specialist define the resources needed to execute projects in all areas listed below, and allocate/prioritise resources accordingly, in order to meet agreed deadlines and goals.

- Ongoing reporting with focus on performance
Job qualifications and requirements
- 5+ years of practical experience with digital marketing
- 5+ years of experience with communication and project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in CRM related fields, such as campaign execution and email marketing
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Experience with hectic schedules and handling several projects simultaneously
- Leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and oral)
- You are data driven in your approach
