Position Overview: Senior Creative Strategist
We are in search of a Senior Creative Strategist with a robust foundation in marketing, an exceptional ability in Voice of Customer (VOC) research, and a proven track record in crafting resonant copy, scripts, and concepts. This role is ideal for someone who is not only adept at managing significant advertising budgets (+$ 250K / month) but also possesses a deep understanding of the dynamics of digital platforms like Meta and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement innovative creative strategies that effectively communicate our brand's mission and values, driving tangible growth and engagement.
- Oversee and responsibly manage substantial marketing budgets, with a strategic approach to resource allocation for optimal campaign performance.
- Conduct in-depth VOC research to deeply understand our target audience, utilizing these insights to develop compelling copy and creative concepts.
- Direct a creative team of over 5 members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Utilize expert knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising to analyze key metrics, leveraging data to refine and enhance creative strategies.
- Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms, working closely with internal teams to maintain alignment with our brand's vision.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience (+3 years) in creative strategy within the B2C sector, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in driving growth through innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong foundation in marketing principles, with exceptional skills in VOC research, copywriting, and concept development.
- Demonstrated ability in leading and managing a creative team, inspiring excellence and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proficient in media buying and analytics on digital platforms such as Meta and TikTok, with a strategic mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and collaborating effectively with various teams.
