The Digital Communication Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing daily content for Henning Larsen’s social media platforms as well as content for the website and internal communication channels. This role focuses on co-developing and executing strategic digital content that aligns with the Henning Larsen brand and online content standards.

Qualifications
- Degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field
- Experience in writing, editing, and producing content across multiple channels, including social media and websites
- Strong visual, written, and editing skills
- Experience in design, architecture, urban environments, and technology
- Proficiency with CMS or publishing platforms
- Experience in promoting content on social media
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Video editing and photo retouching skills
Key Deliverables
- Co-develop strategic content plans with the Digital Manager and execute these at Henning Larsen’s digital communication channels, supporting branding, communications, and business development
- Establish content strategy principles and practices among contributors to ensure best practices in content creation
- Provide editorial direction for story development to better engage target audiences
- Maintain a cohesive brand voice for Henning Larsen’s online content
- Stay informed about content marketing and publishing platforms to ensure adherence to best practices
- Contribute to organizational learning and process improvements
- Develop the website in line with priority targets
- Support social media performance analysis and reporting
- Coordinate content from regional communications teams
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and emerging technologies
Areas of Responsibility
- Coordinate, schedule, edit, and post engaging content for social media platforms and the website
- Together with the Digital Manager train new hires on digital procedures, standards, and tools
- Monitor social media engagement, report notable audience interactions, and draft responses
- Maintain website and social media calendars
- Coordinate and edit content for internal communication platforms
