As our new Ecommerce Trading Specialist we will need your technical skill set and experience with digital platforms, (preferably) Sales Force Commerce Cloud (SFCC), to help improve our online sales through an enhancement of the consumer journey and knowledge sharing across the EMEA region.

Your areas of responsibilities:

As an Ecommerce Trading Specialist, you will get an understanding of the wider Ecommerce system flows and act as a key point of contact between both local and global Ecommerce teams. Additionally, you will be working closely with EMEA Product Merchandising in order to turn product insights into sales driving actions.

You can expect to elevate the following job assignments:

  • Monitor web traffic, metrics and other data resources to identify best practices
  • Advise, coach and support local market teams on best practice solutions to SFCC
  • Initiate relevant training activities to new traders, online marketers and customer managers
  • Optimize category sorting rules through A/B testing
  • Adjust storefront user sorting rules and search refinements, navigation and filters, including validation of product data and attribution
  • Modify site preferences and configurations as needed
  • Manage/create product cross-sell and product sets
  • Guide local Ecommerce markets on best practice setups for Campaigns & Promotions and act operationally where needed

  • Develop standards and conventions for service requests

Relationships:

  • As a member of the EMEA Ecommerce, you will develop relationships across other departments such as Analytics, Digital Brand, and the wider Marketing team
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to leverage knowledge, new opportunities and be ready to drive our Omni-channel ambitions
  • A key point of contact for local markets’ Ecommerce teams/digital managers, gathering feedback and evaluation of key activities and optimization of results

What is needed to succeed?

  • Data driven, numerate and analytical
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing an Ecommerce platform, preferably within fashion retail or at a minimum a B2C company
  • Master’s/bachelor’s degree within Marketing, Ecommerce, Computer Science or a related area is required
  • Detailed knowledge of current Ecommerce trends and best practices
  • Comfortable and experienced in working with KPIs
  • Strong presenter who can engage/influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced user in Excel/XML
  • Fluent in English written and spoken

To align our Ecommerce effort across the EMEA region and help optimize our sales activities on our online platforms Pandora wish to create a new center of excellence in our regional office located in Copenhagen. The main focus will be to strengthen our expertise and help drive a continues improvement of our E-store through supporting our local market teams with both guidance and training initiatives.
