Are you capable of taking strategic responsibility for both branding and marketing of a unique product portfolio aimed at cyclists and riders who are looking for optimum comfort and functionality? Are you motivated by working with planning and execution of digital marketing executions? Are you business and resultoriented?

For a newly created position we are looking for a commercially oriented Digital Marketing Manager. In the role, you are given responsibility for stepping up and structuring the digital branding of GripGrab. In addition, the responsibility covers digital marketing of the company’s unique and market-leading product portfolio, where you must ensure that the established marketing strategy is digitally implemented in operational activities based on tactical plans.

With reference to the company’s CEO, you will exercise strategic leadership of the company’s digital marketing function and further development of processes and initiatives that support the business in the goal of delivering unique products to the company’s customers. The position includes some of the following main duties:

  • Further development of the digital strategy in close cooperation with the sales organization
  • Optimization and automation of the digital platform
  • Long and short-term planning of digital marketing activities
  • Selection and collaboration with digital specialist partners
  • Execution of digital marketing activities
  • Definition and monitoring of digital marketing KPI’s
  • Preparation of process descriptions for digital marketing

Prerequisites for the position include:

  • You have a relevant educational background at Bachelor level or higher
  • You have business experience in e-commerce or other digital business, including a minimum of three years of strategic digital marketing experience
  • You have a deep insight into marketing automation tools
  • You are business oriented and driven by creating results with digital marketing
  • You formulate yourself professionally and accurately in Danish and English both written and orally

With your well-developed sense of priority and structure you gain both trust and respect among your peers within the organization. You become energized by working strategically and analytically, and you know that constructive collaboration with your colleagues and business partners is crucial to success.

GripGrab is a high-end brand in the European bicycle industry with sales through over 1000 dealers both online and offline. The company consists of a dedicated and passionate team that works for the same mission every day: Getting more people to experience the positive effects that cycling has on both body and soul.

GripGrab is an international company and is the primary company in a group of four subsidiaries and approximately 40 employees in six different countries. About half of the employees work from the Danish Head Office.

Since its creation in 2000, the company has been a Gazelle company for five consecutive years and its ambition remains stable, high growth and development.

The company is based in welcoming and bright premises in Skovlunde, which emits and supports the passion for cycling. The environment is calm and friendly with a dedicated focus on reaching goals. There is an informal, relaxed and humorous atmosphere. It is very illustrative to the company culture that the priority of team members ride bikes to work and prioritize meeting and having lunch together every day.Starting date:
