As a Social Media Manager, you will be developing campaign strategy and leading the execution of social marketing campaigns across the year. You will be leading social media initiatives in cross functional meetings and work in a group function with global responsibility, where high attention to detail, communication and stakeholder management are key elements to succeed.
In line with Pandora’s brand relaunch, you will help driving the efforts of repositioning and changing brand perception by keeping up to date with innovations in social media channels and applying those to the creation of new content and activations.
You’ll be the key point of contact for our three regions including EMEA, APAC and the AMERICAS when it comes to delivering our monthly campaign and content updates.
In your role as Social Media Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Lead the development and execution of social marketing campaigns for the launch of new collections and brand initiatives
- Take responsibility for campaign development and content production across owned and paid social platforms
- Activation influencer content across global social media channels, and continuously improve guidelines and processes for the above, with the Global PR team
- Implement training, presentations and guidelines in relation to campaigns, content and community management
Other tasks:
- Key point of contact for regions and markets on an on-going basis
- Key point of contact for platform partners such as Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat
- Project management of global social activations
- Day-to-day planning and cooperation with in-house creative resources
- Development of reporting across owned and earned social media performance
- Development and maintenance of visual creative guidelines for global social channels
- Implementation of new platform initiatives to maintain strong competitive position in social media

To succeed in this role, we envision that you have a passion for social media marketing and a curiosity to continue to grow your knowledge and expertise in content creation and paid media marketing. You are a strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and you have excellent cross-functional communication and cooperation skills. Your working style is structured and organised and you thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
Adding to that, we also hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with project management and digital marketing, paid media and social media, influencer marketing, media campaigns, and PR
- Experience from an advertising agency, media house or an internal in-house agency/marketing department, or equivalent
- Experience with marketing production and delivery within different tasks and timescales
- Superb planning and project management skills
- English fluency and experience from an international environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Facebook Business Manager and Sprinklr (or other social management tools)
- Experience with various different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp etc.
- Knowledge in social video assets and Social First Video content
- Photoshop and InDesign skills are an advantage but not a must
