We are looking for a Senior Digital Media Manager with an ambitious mind, an inspiring positive attitude and the knowledge and experience to grow our business from digital channels across markets – could this be you?
By joining us, you will be part of Audika Group, Demant’s global business area within Hearing Care. Audika Group is one of the world’s leading hearing care retailers with presence in more than 20 countries and operating more than 2.000 clinics.
You will be working at the Demant headquarters, just outside Copenhagen near Kildedal S-train station and near the highway from Copenhagen.

You will be part of the Digital Media team in Group Marketing, an ambitious, highly engaged, and growing team. Thus, you will get the opportunity to influence the global digital agenda and be part of creating our future.
As an increasing part of our revenue is generated from digital channels this position is key to reaching our digital growth potential. We are in the middle of rolling out our global digital set-up and we need you to help us expand it. You will therefore really get to apply yourself and grow both personally and professionally together with the rest of the team at Audika Group.
As our Senior Digital Media Manager you will have your own portfolio of markets where your key objective is to help the markets constantly improve their digital performance across all paid channels in close collaboration with the local digital teams in the markets, our internal digital specialists and our media agency and the rest of the marketing team in accordance with local market situation, needs and capabilities.
Your main responsibility is to drive, optimize, and plan strategic and tactical digital campaigns across our digital touchpoints to generate high quality hearing test appointments efficiently at our hearing clinics.
You will be able to influence all aspects of the digital program from content creation, lead optimization and reporting in close corporation with the markets and your colleagues in Group Marketing.
Your backpack
To be a success in this role you need to have a strategic, analytical, and commercial mind-set with a strong general digital knowledge - preferably with a specialist background in one or more digital disciplines.
You have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and consumer journey and know how the different digital channels play a role in the consumer experience. Furthermore, retrieving and analyzing data from Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google ads/Bing and Business intelligence systems is a natural part of your process to gain insights for further improvements.
You need to be able to work very well independently as well as being a motivational and diplomatic team player. We strongly believe that we achieve most by working together to achieve our common goals.
As we have a complex matrix organization you need to excel in stakeholder management – from including relevant stakeholders when needed, to adjusting approach and information to people at different levels and digital competencies to finally ensuring their engagement and commitment and drive progress. This requires that you thrive in managing many projects and deadlines at the same time.
You are a great communicator and feel very comfortable with presenting our visions in English, both verbally and written. You love to build relationships across teams, boarders, online as well as offline and embrace and understand other cultures. We hope you love to travel, as you will be travelling 25-35 days a year when C-19 allows it.
In order to have the required digital experience we envision that you have more than 3 years of experience from working as a Digital Manager/Director for larger international digital clients at one of the larger media/digital agencies or from a global Digital Manager role in an international company. Furthermore, a relevant master’s degree would be an advantage.
