Lead the way towards new product and market successes
Based on your experience you will be responsible for one of the following segments: Education, healthcare, hospitality or cities. As Product Manager, you take the lead in ensuring, that we go to market with the right products, developed as efficiently as possible and presented the right way. You will have three primary focus areas:
• Customer and market understanding
o Investigate, research, identify, and validate customer needs through analyses, interviews etc. Colleagues or partners will conduct the analyzes and you will interpret
• Development of product strategies
o Together with key stakeholders, define the product strategy for success in your segment
• Anchoring / implementation of the strategy in the organization including local sales regions
o In liaison with Product Management, Product Marketing and other stakeholders ensuring cross-organizational product strategy understanding and implementation including the Milestone sales regions
You will naturally not do this alone, but you will be the one that makes it happen by orchestrating the process. What can you do yourself? Where do you need to bring in specialist competencies? Who are they and when do you need to bring them in? Classic product management at its best.
Team player with solid experience within product management or related
As you will closely together with a great number of people covering multiple professions and based at various locations, you will need all of your good inter personnel skills. Equally important is your ability to tailor your communication with an understanding of professional and cultural differences. As you are the one to make things happen, you will also need a good combination of energy, stamina, overview and planning skills. Lastly, you must love to being part of a team where knowledge sharing, helpfulness and mutual support are basic fundamentals for success. Additionally, your CV comprises:
• A Master’s degree in business administration or similar
• Solid experience within product management or related
• Experience from working in an international setting
• The ability and motivation for working across time zones and travel approx. 30 days per year
Product Direction – your new team
You will join a diverse and truly international team of 7 skilled and dedicated colleagues at the Milestone HQ in Brøndby, Copenhagen – when not working from home. We cover 5 nationalities and a great variety of professions from product management to anthropology. Our focus is to orchestrate and drive the product strategies in Milestone, both innovation, ideation and concepting is a part of the team charter too. You will play an important role in building the classic Milestone culture – it must be fun, everyone must have the chance to grow and feel comfortable while doing so.
