You will be part of the Digital Media team in Group Marketing, an ambitious, super engaged, and growing team. You will be working closely with other teams as CRM, web, content and the brand team within Group Marketing as well as our colleagues in Hearing Care IT and Data & Analytics. Thus, you will get the opportunity to influence the global Digital agenda and be part of creating our future.

As an increasing part of our revenue is generated from digital channels, this position is key to reaching our digital growth potential. We are in the middle of rolling out our global digital set-up and we need you to help us expand it. You will therefore really get to apply yourself and grow both personally and professionally together with the rest of the team.

As our Senior Digital Media Manager, you will have your own portfolio of markets. Your key objective is to help the markets to constantly improve their digital performance across all paid channels. Here, you will work closely with the local digital teams in the markets, our internal digital specialists, our media agency, and the rest of the marketing team in accordance with the local market situation, needs and capabilities.

Your main responsibility will be to drive, optimize, and plan strategic and tactical digital campaigns across our digital touchpoints to generate high quality hearing test appointments at our Hearing Clinics. You will be able to influence all aspects of the Digital program and strategy from content creation, lead optimization down through the sales funnel and reporting in close corporation with the markets and your colleagues in Group Marketing with the main goal to increase the commercial performance from our digital activities across touch points.

About you
You come with +3 years of experience from working as a Digital manager/director for larger international digital clients at one of the larger media/digital agencies or from a global Digital Manager role in an international company. A relevant master’s degree is an advantage.

Furthermore, you have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and consumer journey and know how the different digital channels play a role in the consumer experience. You are an advanced user of Google Analytics. Retrieving and analyzing data from Facebook Business Manager, Google ads, Google campaign manager, Bing and Business intelligence systems is a natural part of your process to gain insights for further improvements. All in all, you have a strategic, analytical, and commercial mind-set with a strong general digital knowledge - preferably with a specialist background in one or more digital disciplines.

You need to be able to work very well independently as well as being a motivational and diplomatic team player. We strongly believe that we achieve most by working together to achieve our common goals.

As we have a complex matrix organization, it is important to include relevant stakeholders at different levels to ensure their engagement and commitment and drive progress. This requires that you thrive in managing many projects and deadlines at the same time.

You are a great communicator and feel comfortable with presenting our recommendations in English, both verbally and written. You love to build relationships across teams, boarders, online as well as offline and embrace and understand other cultures. We also hope that you love to travel, as you will be travelling 10-15 days per year in this role.
