Your mission…  

As the Nordic Marketing Coordinator, you will be the direct support of the Nordic Product & Retail Brand Manager as well as to the wider brand team. Your coordination and support should allow streamlining processes and help the team focus on their core activity. In this role, you will take on responsibility of a plethora of marketing projects, ranging from merchandising tasks, digital support and research. The role reports directly to the Nordic Product & Retail Brand Manager on NYX Professional Makeup.

You will...  

  • Assist and support the Nordic Product & Retail Brand Manager, along with the marketing team in ad-hoc as well as daily coordination tasks
  • Own and update the merchandising cassettes and the visual catalogue, with the aim of standardizing and rationalizing needs across markets
  • Manage the Assortment File, with an overview of the entire product catalogue
  • Develop the necessary tools to manage and optimize the merchandising process, planogram work and timelines
  • Manage and coordinate the artwork for updates and brief suppliers
  • Support with product and visual content for websites and e-retail
  • Analyze market data, conduct competitor monitoring and trends research on a monthly basis

We are looking for the Nordic Marketing Coordinator to start as soon as possible. The employment is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
