About the role
You can look forward to a position within an ambitious and highly engaged team, where you can excel in Social Media lead generation across countries with the purpose of increasing digital marketing’s contribution to our business. As we are rolling out our global digital set-up to more markets, you will really get to apply yourself and grow both personally and professionally. Furthermore, we hope you love to travel, as you will be travelling 5-10 days a year, mainly to Europe, North America and Australia.
More precisely, you will be part of the Paid Digital Media team in Group Marketing. Our task is to help the countries reach their business goals through social media by generating hearing test appointments at the hearing clinics. Your primary responsibility will be to execute our paid social media campaigns within our global consumer journey. You will be able to influence all aspects of the program from advising on content optimization to targeting and buying strategies, and reporting, in close corporation with your colleagues in Group Marketing and the countries.
Additionally, as our specialist within paid social, your job will enhance our lead-gen performance on a global level by:
- Identifying, sharing, and applying Global Best Practices across markets
- Running Digital Community meetings for our colleagues across 24 countries
- Coaching local markets on trends and opportunities within paid social
- Building and managing relationships across countries and network with our colleagues globally
To be a success in this role:
You need to have a commercial, strategic, analytical, and data-driven mind-set with the ability to lead, structure and execute projects and campaigns across several countries, while making sure that all stakeholders are satisfied. You are performance-oriented and take pleasure in using data creatively to gain more insights to optimize performance even further.
You are motivated by – and have a have a proven track record within developing, executing, optimizing, and reporting on social media performance strategy and programs. You know your way around Facebook Business Manager and analyzing performance in Google analytics and Business Intelligence systems comes natural to you in your aim to visualize Social Media contribution to sales (ROMI). Furthermore, you have a good knowledge of various Social Media systems and tools to manage our social performance program.
You love to present and have excellent communication skills, especially in English, as this is our corporate language. You are outgoing and always open to network and build relations. You furthermore have a can-do attitude and are a true team-player.
Last but not least, you have a Bachelor or Master’s degree within Marketing and have at least 3 years of work experience from a media or digital agency.
