We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven and structured candidate to join our team. The job is located at 3Shape HQ in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.About the roleYou will project manage global marketing activities and projects supporting our business goals. You will work across the Activation & Omnichannel team and Global Marketing ensuring the activities are aligned across channels and with the customer journey. An important aspect to succeed will be stakeholder management globally and to ensure that performance goals are met.You will work on a daily basis with a young team of dedicated and skilled colleagues within Marketing, Product management, Academy, and Sales, both in HQ and globally.Your primary responsibilities will be:

Driving digital marketing projects supporting our business goals

Project manage and report on digital activation of global product campaigns across the team

Being one point of contact for local countries for requests and project managing these across the team

Stakeholder management of and cooperation with supporting teams in the organization

Supporting the growth and activation of our customer database

Your competencies

You possess a commercial and results-driven mindset, always considering our commercial goals in your deliveries

You have a good digital toolbox and you are able to understand business objectives and translate them into digital activation plans and execution

You are self-driven and proactive in the way you work with a can-do attitude

You easily connect business, concept and content

You have strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities

You have an international mind-set and you are good at stakeholder management

You are flexible and comfortable within a dynamic environment where things move fast, and at times you may not know what tomorrow brings

Your education and experience

Min. 2 years work experience with digital marketing activation – you may come from your first or second job

University degree, college degree or equivalent

Fluent in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint is crucial)

Knowledge about analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI) as well as CRM and Marketing Automation is a plus

Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
