Your work will help ensure that we maintain our position as a world leader within digital solutions in the dental industry. You will join the Global Marketing team in a highly innovative company and work daily with a team of dedicated and skilled marketing, sales and product professionals. The position is located at 3Shape HQ, close to Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen.As Senior Associate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and measuring the impact of marketing materials and programs. In this role you will be responsible to support the overall business strategy, which includes but is not limited to: owning small- to mid-sized marketing campaigns and launches from start to finish, supporting the Marketing Manager in rollout of a new SaaS solution, and working with product managers to define and plan effective lifecycle marketing.In this role you will craft and drive campaigns to carry through our differentiated product messaging and articulate 3Shape’s unique offerings. The role will work closely with the members of the product group, digital team, commercial excellence, communications, and senior leadership to maximize the effectiveness of the marketing efforts. You will also have close working collaboration with our regional teams to ensure that your solution strategies are properly trained, understood, and rolled out on a local level.Your key responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaign and product launch projects, including strategic development and implementation of marketing deliverables across all five of the key phases: Design, Build, Launch, Monitor and Measure.
    • Specifically, own and drive regular software releases and product launches (C classification) from start to finish

  • Build relationships and collaborate with portfolio managers, sales teams, product managers and marketing peers to produce materials and messaging that support sales and retention goals.
  • Utilize competitor data and commercial trends to identify opportunities and potential activities to differentiate 3Shape in the dental industry and stand out among competition.
  • Understand the channel mix and strategize lifecycle activities to maintain solution visibility and retain market share.
  • Set, oversee, and communicate measurable channel marketing objectives.
  • Plan and manage marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines.
    • To succeed in this position, you will need: Professional:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a global marketing role, or a combination of marketing and sales
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
  • Proven ability to lead the development and production of marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated excellent project management skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of working within a rapid-pace environment with demanding stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (required).
