Your mission…
As the Nordic Marketing Graduate within the Professional Products Division for the French Brands (Kérastase, L’Oréal Professionel, Shu Uemura), your primary responsibility is to actively contribute to the development of online brand initiatives and assume a pivotal coordinating role within the team. You are going to take responsibility of the brand (Kérastase) e-mail marketing, managing digital content updates, and coordinating activities at a Nordic level. Additionally, you will provide support to the Online Brand Manager in website-related projects.
In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to participate in the planning and execution of the CRM strategy for the Nordic countries. You will report and work closely with the Senior Online Brand Manager.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Assisting and supporting the Online Brand Manager in executing the online brand strategy in the Nordic region.
• Managing the end-to-end implementation of the brand's CRM strategy.
• Coordinating newsletter planning, including design, copy, translation, system implementation, and CRM management with guidance from the Online Brand Manager.
• Creating email triggers, personalization flows, and developing our hair care e-diagnostics tool strategy.
• Analyzing CRM performance data, conducting competitor monitoring, and assisting with monthly reporting.
• Collaborating and coordinating projects with both Global and Nordic teams, as well as various stakeholders and agencies.
• Supporting webpage and articles design, and actively participating in content adaptation (videos, pictures, layout) to meet local market requirements.
• Assisting in the content adaptation process in collaboration with Product Brand Managers and sharing assets for e-commerce pure players and e-retailers.
• Handling ad-hoc and daily coordination tasks.
Your profile:
• You hold a Master's degree in Marketing or Communication, graduated within the past year.
• You have a keen interest and possibly some experience in the beauty and/or FMCG industry.
• You possess excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in one Nordic language being a bonus but not mandatory.
• You are a hands-on individual with a willingness to learn and utilize tools like Photoshop, video editing, and other trending digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate, plan, prioritize effectively, excellent communication, and time management.
• You have a genuine interest in website and CRM management.
• Attention to detail is one of your strengths.
