About the job

If you can answer “YES” to the above, maybe you are our new Product Manager for the Client Sharing and Referrals Team?
The team Client Sharing and Referrals is responsible for the strategy, development and execution of the features referrals and social sharing, as well as the integration, performance tracking and reporting of these throughout the organisation. Two key areas of responsibility are:
- Interacting with stakeholders from all of Saxo’ regional offices, helping them shape their local commercial strategy for their individual referral programs and how they want to leverage social sharing
- Developing and executing the feature roadmaps, cross-organisational stakeholder management, and management reporting
The team will consist of a Product Manager and a Product Owner of the Client Sharing and Referral features. Together the two will drive the roadmap and development of the services.
The Product Manager will be responsible for the stakeholder management towards the commercial part of the organisation, as well as developing the best possible user experience together with the Product Owner.
Responsibilities
In the role of Product Manager in the Client Sharing and Referrals Team, you will, together with the Product Owner, be responsible for driving the ‘end-to-end´ customer experience and engagement. You will work in a cross departmental setup and be working in close collaboration with teams both in Copenhagen, as well as in Saxo’s regional offices.
Key role objectives:
- Drive and uphold the commercial backlog with multi-channel and multi-regional focus
- Analyse campaigns and performance metrics, provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and own performance reporting to all management levels
- Work closely with the Product Owner to achieve the best possible client platform experiences, though work with designers and insights teams
- Be point of contact for the commercial organisation; both direct and institutional
- Drive interaction with marketing teams, campaign planning and workshops
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to increase brand awareness and engagement strategies, to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Analyse performance metrics, provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and own performance reporting to all management levels
- Shared feature and KPI ownership with a Product Owner to ensure alignment and collaboration
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in developing and managing referral programs, social sharing strategy or related commercial role within in the fintech industry
- Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and engagement
- Strong understanding of the Fintech- and/or Oline Brokerage industry trends and customer behaviour
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results
