The Position As Head of Strategic Marketing, your responsibilities will include: Setting direction for launch and existing products Efficient go-to-market strategies and sales enablement Commercial strategies, segmentation, positioning, and campaigns Application notes and documentation supporting sales teams regarding products Online and offline presence across segments and geographies, In this position, you will collaborate with key decision-makers, working closely with the Sales and Marketing and the rest of the company. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: Extensive experience with a global commercial function in life sciences Solid experience with people management with excellent people skills and an exhaustive leadership toolbox Successful product management expertise, project management skills and proven launch competencies Analytical business acumen with a strategic mindset Scientific understanding and ability to work with technical markets Fluency in English and ability to manage stakeholders in a corporate environment A master’s degree In this role, you would need to demonstrate strong leadership through effective communication, ensuring stakeholders understand strategies and expectations. We imagine that you excel at setting direction, gaining diverse group followship, and ensuring alignment. About the Department The Department consists of Sales, New Product Marketing, Customer Support, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, and Strategic Marketing. We embark on a growth journey and deliver in a global context. The product portfolio is a mix of existing and upcoming products, and we work in a B2B environment, where many of our customers are large pharmaceutical and biopharma companies. The Sales Managers are located in 6 different countries, and the rest of the Department works out of Køge, Denmark.
