Role and Responsibility
As our Employer Branding Professional you will be responsible for execution and administration of our Employer Branding activities as well as different recruitment initiatives supporting Terma globally. Activities such as career fair participation, planning of other relevant events, campaigns or similar both internally as well as externally and finally to ensure internal and external story telling about the different initiatives. You will work closely together with different leaders, HR Business Partners, Marketing and Communication, and other relevant stakeholders.
It is a challenging role in which you are going to work with both local and international solutions. You will experience a high demand of communication and stakeholder management across business units, levels, and locations. With sparring of your manager, you will make daily prioritizations on your deliverables knowing that the internal demand for execution in your area is high.

Bear in mind that candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.

- Lead, participate and handle the employer branding activities and yearly cycle
- Drive talent attraction initiatives on our social media channels in collaboration with Marketing - both when it comes to development and production of content
- Support our HR Business partners recruitment responsibility by using and continue to grow a strong, well communicated process, standards and toolbox.
- Execute on CSR activities and work within the area of diversity
- Own and drive the reporting, KPI’s and data within this area of expertise
- Look into new trends and know “the pulse” of your area
- Support developing other HR activities together with the Head of HR Development
