Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Project Manager for our Automotive projects to work at our HQ in Skanderborg.
About the job
As our new Project Manager for Automotive development projects your main responsibility will be to ensure effectively executed projects, supporting internal and external stakeholders throughout the project.
You’ll become part of project teams developing new products and be responsible for all Project Management tasks in these projects, working according to our stage gate model. You will work closely with colleagues globally in R&D, Operation, Sales and Marketing to ensure we continuously develop and produce world-class Automotive speakers.

We’re a team of currently 12 colleagues in Denmark within Project Management, Acoustics, and Mechanical Engineering. We work closely with colleagues and clients in China. Our days consists of CAD work, listening sessions, project meetings and more. We are a dedicated and humorous bunch who are fortunate enough to work with our passion every day.
About you
You have in-depth experience with Technical Project Management - preferably including audio knowledge and experience. You have experience working in a multicultural environment and managing projects across continents.
It would also be a plus if you know something about APQP, IATF and have some knowledge of automotive projects
You are well versed in the usage of IT-systems such as ERP and PLM (we use D365 and Windchill), as well as Excel and MS Outlook.
English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too.
If you speak German that will also be a plus.

- Daily management and ensuring progress on projects throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain good customer relationships and be responsible for all documentation required by the customerStakeholder management globally

- You have 3-5 years’ experience with technical/ development project management
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree within management or engineering. Acoustics or similar experience will be preferred
- You have experience with complex stakeholder management
- Experience working with Asian countries will be a plus
