Our client, ELSTEEL, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to increase brand awareness across online and traditional platforms.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager your main focus will be on raising brand awareness, educate the market about ELSTEEL products and bring quality leads to the sales team. The role is central to the delivery of revenue and profit objectives.
Traditional Marketing
Define and implement the content road map Establish and sustain the company brand tone Manage development of new content and oversee production to assure brand consistency Manage and execute product launches – incl. new marketing materials Manage and coordinate trade fairs in particular the annual exhibition in Hannover (April) Market analysis – trends, competitors, customers, industry

Social Media Marketing
Coordinating the website development projects Google Analytics reports Manage Social Media, including analyzing ROI of different platforms Manage E-Newsletter Responsible for Blog content creation Coordinate SEO Define, measure and report the digital KPI’s of the campaigns

Part of the job involves analysing which platforms will give the best return on investment for advertising. You must be able to develop and implement short- and long-term marketing campaigns in order to create and increase brand awareness both traditional marketing and online.
Your personal and professional skills:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management and marketing. Strong technical background preferably within the low voltage industry. Highly effective planning, organizing and managing multiple competing priorities Understands inbound marketing principles and can prepare a strategy Experience with marketing CRM Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Experience with website development projects Experience managing social media Excellent communication skills. Must be fluent in English, especially written. Team player, open minded and like to have fun.
