Marketing Communications Manager to central role in a global market leading company - in our Group Marketing Team of 15 employees.

Our mission is to help build happier and healthier communities by designing, manufacturing, and constructing outdoor playgrounds and fitness areas that WOW users to come play, motivate them to stay and come back, and develop children’s and adult’s health and life-skills. Our solutions are made for all ages and all abilities.
The total Group Marketing Team consists of 15 employees: product managers, market communication managers, content manager, graphic designer, 3D specialists, journalist, photographer, and videographer. Professional differences that provide a unique synergy.
The Market Communication team designs master marketing campaigns for new products launches, solutions and sales tools to be launched globally by all subsidiaries. Therefore, coordinating national implementation in collaboration with local marketing specialists. The campaigns include launch of new products, testimonial cases, promotion of new catalogues and website - all conducted with a strong tactical focus using the entire palette of modern marketing.

Your role and responsibilities will include to:
- Launch new products: orchestrating photo and video production, texts, and campaigning these to customers via homepage, social media and email broadcasts
- Coordinate global effort with local marketing specialists in 15 countries
- Take part in catalogue and brochure production including input to story board, orchestrating photo production and writing texts
- Develop strategic campaigns that tell customers about who we are and what we can do for them
- Develop scope of work for user experience on homepage when we launch new offerings
- Write for homepage (SEO optimized)
- Identify, across countries, and produce customer stories with video, photo and text, and campaign these to customers via homepage, social media and email broadcasts
- Orchestrate global webinars in which our specialists host webinars towards customers
- Develop and campaign new sales and customers tools such as an augmented reality app
- Make presentations for our salespeople for them to open new doors
- Survey customer preferences to understand customer needs, wants, pain points and hooks
With the right drive, this position can take several directions and steps forward.
As a person you contribute with:
- A solid educational background, e.g. a master in marketing, communication, etc.
- A solid experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience from a global setup
- Strong technical mindset. You are good with systems and have a strong interest in exploring technical options to support marketing efforts
- Strong "what’s in it for the customer" thinking skills - needs, wants, pain points and hooks
- Strong at spotting a good story that will capture our customers
- Video editing skills is a plus
- Proficient in English. Other languages are not a must, but a plus
- Energetic, self-propelled, driven and with excellent project management skills
- A strong team player, a good listener, and the drive to learn new things
