Responsibilities
Experience and Skills
Work Environment
- Proudly own company-wide testing methodologies and processes with goal of constant improvement
- Thorough fluency in tools and methodologies for testing as well as the development lifecycle of software
- Excellent knowledge of QA statistics, operations and metrics in software
- Consistency in providing historical documentation of plans for testing, desired results, and final resolution based on best practices found within the discipline.
- Skills to assess issues, triage and supply suggested remedies
- Capacity to identify issues, take action to resolve and work independently when necessary
- Analyst with attention to detail, capacity for creative solutions and drive for excellent organizational quality assurance
- Detail oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion for quality processes
Experience and Skills
- Extensive Quality Assurance with a large automation focus – minimum of 5 years
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with co-workers and customers
- Extensive experience with at least one automation framework
- Preferred experience with Selenium
- Preferred experience with Robot Framework
- Preferred knowledge of CI/CD practices especially related to automated testing
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Ability to pull energy from and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Manages self and stays motivated and productive while working remote in the absence of direct supervision
Work Environment
- Work is typically performed in employee’s home office
- Strong collaboration with our team through Slack, GoToMeeting, email, and occasionally in person
- Travel - up to 10%
- Service clients across North America with a vast network of international partners that span multiple time zones.
