Do you want to kickstart your career in the dynamic field of Product Management? Are you eager to make an impact on product development and launches? If so, join us as our Associate Product Manager.
As our Associate Product Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of s product development. You will continuously track and analyze product performance and assisting in all stages of the product development cycle to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
You will be responsible for gathering insight through customer interviews and dialogue with s sales organization, while also supporting material samples boxes, content, and updates. Additionally, you will drive the development of parts of the new product development process in collaboration with the Head of Product Management and other Product Management team members.
Further, your key tasks and responsibilities include:
You will engage and cooperate with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization as Product Innovation, Product Management team and Head of Product Management, Local markets, sales managers, CMO.
You hold a degree in Business (e.g. Cand.merc), Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a similar field. While having a couple of years of experience is a plus, it is not required for this role.
You work in a structured manner, have strong analytical skills, and possess practical experience or theoretical experience in driving product innovation.

You will become part of our Group Marketing team, a team of more than 25 people, where we, in close collaboration with leading dimensions within , work on marketing and product development.

The Group's main activity is the development, production, and sale of playgrounds, outdoor sports, and fitness facilities. In addition, the company sells service and installation services in connection with product sales.
designs, manufactures, and installs more than 1,000 playgrounds or fitness sites every month somewhere across 90 countries. Of these, 23 countries do so through ’s own direct operation and the remainder through carefully selected quality agents and partners. The global head office is in Odense, Denmark.
The global footprint has expanded significantly over the years, and includes production sites in the Czech Republic, Poland, design studios in Denmark and the Czech Republic, and 23 country offices around the world including Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, and South America.

Empowering product growth at
As our Associate Product Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of s product development. You will continuously track and analyze product performance and assisting in all stages of the product development cycle to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
You will be responsible for gathering insight through customer interviews and dialogue with s sales organization, while also supporting material samples boxes, content, and updates. Additionally, you will drive the development of parts of the new product development process in collaboration with the Head of Product Management and other Product Management team members.
Further, your key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain brand books on existing- and new product lines like Corocord, Moments and Robinia.
- Facilitate and manage photo sessions of new products in collaboration with Product Innovation and Marketing. Support catalogue solutions, content, and production.
- Creating and maintaining product data including product tender specifications, product sheets and warranties for entire portfolio.
- Support Global Marketing organization with ad hoc tasks like event planning, sales training, presentation support etc.

An analytical profile with a penchant for product innovation
You hold a degree in Business (e.g. Cand.merc), Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a similar field. While having a couple of years of experience is a plus, it is not required for this role.
You work in a structured manner, have strong analytical skills, and possess practical experience or theoretical experience in driving product innovation.
Further, you possess:
- Solid presentation skills and are comfortable in presenting to business partners.
- A commercial mindset with excellent business analysis competences.
- Proficiency in conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Great English communication skills, both in spoken and written.
- An understanding of stage gate management and potential experience and knowledge of agile ways of working is an advantage.
