A job with focus on marketing automation, customer-focused emails, and lead generation
As our new digital specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our strategic direction, contributing to the strengthening of our digital presence. Your primary responsibilities will focus on developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring email marketing, marketing automation, lead scoring, and lead generation campaigns based on data insights. Additionally, you will serve as a superuser in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, including onboarding, training, and providing support to colleagues globally.

Personality matters
We are looking for a data-driven specialist who wants to ensure and improve Kamstrup’s digital presence. We imagine that you have an educational degree in Marketing, Business, or IT combined with three years of relevant experience with email marketing and marketing automation where you have gained a strong foundation of MA platforms - preferably, in an international B2B context. It is considered a significant advantage if you have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Hub/CRM and Marketing.
As a person you possess great interpersonal skills allowing you to build strong relations where you enjoy collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally. With your excellent communication skills, you can engage with suppliers both on-site as well as online. You have a structured approach to your work, and you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can handle ongoing tasks and navigate through change independently and as part of a team. Lastly, you have a curious mindset and are therefore motivated to continuously seek new knowledge and solutions to occurring issues.
It is a requirement that you can speak and write English and Danish fluently.

Your primary responsibilities will focus on developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring email marketing, marketing automation, lead scoring, and lead generation campaigns based on data insights. Additionally, you will serve as a superuser in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, including onboarding, training, and providing support to colleagues globally.
Furthermore, your tasks will cover:
- Ensuring tracking capabilities and strengthening the integration between CRM and MA platforms to achieve a cohesive view of customer data to enhance campaign outcomes
- Collaborating with IT on day-to-day support and long-term platform development, e.g. new features, release waves, and industry trends, as well as collaborate with external agencies
- Ensuring our email and MA activities comply with global/local data protection and privacy regulations
- Creating and handling digital events such as webinars
