We are looking for a team-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist with a “can do attitude” and digital mindset.
You will be part of our global CRM team – working closely together with our local markets, setting up and executing automated CRM programs. You will be working with Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions, setting up e-mail templates, campaign automations, workflows, surveys, integrations, data queries etc. You are based at our headquarters, but as you will be working closely with our local markets around the world, you should expect to travel approximately 20 days per year.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building campaign automations in ClickDimensions
- Setting up e-mail templates, forms, landing pages, surveys etc. in ClickDimensions
- Working with campaigns, marketing lists, processes etc. in Dynamics 365
- Setting up and managing form submissions from web and other sources
- Managing integrations with external partners and systems (NPS, Twilio etc.)
- Subscription Management setup in ClickDimensions
- Helping local markets setup and execute cross channel campaigns
- Creating setup for A/B split testing and tracking results
- Implementing data-driven testing and methodologies to drive continual improvement in performance
- Handling and understanding change-requests from local markets
- Aligning with central IT team to ensure alignment with IT system architecture and standards
- Training local markets in marketing automation system
- First level support to our local markets
About you:
- You have solid experience working as a marketing automation specialist
- You have a data driven approach and can make data queries and handle data across platforms
- You fully understand e-mail metrics and how to extract these
- You deliver quality on time and you can handle several challenges at a time
- You are digitally minded, team-oriented with a “can do attitude”
- You like working together with other people in an international environment
- You must be fluent in English, written and spoken, as our company language is English
Your background:
- As minimum a Bachelor’s degree is required - preferably within digital, marketing and business
- Good understanding of and experience with a CRM system and Marketing Automation platforms - preferably Dynamics and ClickDimensions
- Good understanding of digital behavior, systems and channels
- Experience with consumer and retail marketing
- Experience with CMS, preferably Sitecore and web technologies in general
- Experience with working in a global setup involving stakeholders from multiple countries is a plus but not a must
