Do you want global responsibility for the digital campaigns and driving traffic to our website and creating conversions for Philips Hearing Solutions? Are you a data driven and creative social media and paid search guru, who would love to work with a lot of stakeholders around the world?

If this sounds like an exciting opportunity, you might be our new Digital Campaign Specialist.

Your expertise is our key to success
You will be joining a small team of 4 that consist of a Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Campaign Specialist and Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for the social and paid media strategy and executes on the strategy when running the social media channels, as well as the paid media setup and at the same time you will be supporting our sales companies and help them succeed and grow.

You will be working with many stakeholders at headquarters, as well as with colleagues at our Sales Companies across the world, supporting the sales of Philips hearing aids globally.

Excellent knowledge of the Digital world
You think objectives/KPIs and audience first, when creating campaigns and cross-channel activations. You have a strategic mindset and can regularly evaluate our use of social media platforms. You think user journey and cross channel alignment, when creating content for your channels and you align with overall brand strategy and your colleagues. You are data-driven and constantly optimize your campaigns and content based on data.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Execution, activation and cross channel alignment based on the strategy
  • Create content for social media and paid search campaigns
  • Optimization based on data
  • Reporting on performance
  • Defining the media mix and budget recommendations
  • Setting the social and paid media strategy and keeping up with current digital trends and technologies
  • Supporting our sales companies so they succeed in the channels you are responsible for

We are no better than the people we have
We are looking for a person who is driven, passionate and ready to take independent decisions. Who is a strong communicator and takes full ownership of tasks. Your ability to build professional relationships and approach your stakeholders with openness and curiosity, will be key in this position.

You could have a Bachelor or Master within a relevant area and 3 -5 years of experience from campaign development in an international environment. You could have worked in either a large international organization or an advertising agency, where you have gained experience in driving initiatives and projects forwards, developed a strategic marketing skill set - and the capabilities to execute on it.

Joining us you will have a steep learning curve when it comes to understanding the complexity of our business and the depth of the portfolio.
