For this role, you will be based at the Demant headquarters, a half-an-hour S-train ride away from the Copenhagen city center.

Delivering the best digital marketing analytics

We are a small but dedicated Marketing Analytics team and part of Global Marketing in the Hearing Care division of Demant As part of Global Marketing, you will be working closely with your colleagues in SEO, Paid Media, Web, CRM, Creative and Brand. You will also get the opportunity to work with local stakeholders across our markets. Being part of Hearing Care will entail being part of a constantly growing organization as well as the now biggest division in Demant.

The team you will be part of serves to help our organization with our data-driven agenda. You will play a major role in delivering actionable insights to stakeholders in our organization which will be used to excel in our activities across our paid and owned channels. You will aid the different teams in our organization and our markets to make the right decisions based on data with an aim to improve efficiency by lifting on-site conversion and increasing the ROI.

In addition to delivering insights, you will also take part in creating dashboards for our markets which will be key in visualizing performance across our different channels. Dashboards play a crucial role in centralizing key data from various sources to effectively monitor KPIs. When the product is done you will also take part in validation, training and engaging stakeholders and end-users.

Your qualifications

You might come from a similar position or from an agency. You have a backpack full of solid experience while still having something to learn. You have experience working with clients or internal stakeholders who are dependent on your skills and ability to deliver. While you can work with complex problems or solutions you can manage to translate that into something meaningful to the people you work with outside your team. Your main tool is Google Analytics and you know how to solve most tasks in this platform and how to seek out solutions if presented with challenges. In addition, you:

  • can work with both developers, media consultants and specialists as well as stakeholders outside of marketing. You know your stakeholders and their needs
  • thrive with data sets and numbers and you are used to convey that in to actionable insights
  • are curious and constantly try to understand how to improve the setup in the platforms you are hands on with
  • are a strong troubleshooter enjoying working with detecting issues
  • possess good communication skills, and you are used to present complicated subjects in a very uncomplicated way
  • enjoy working with technology and you are not afraid of tackling tasks outside of your domain and usual go to platforms
  • have a good understanding of performance marketing (paid and owned media)

Moreover, it is an advantage if you have experience with some of the following: Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, BigQuery and Google Cloud.

You are a strong team player who understands that to succeed you will need to collaborate well with others as many of our projects will be involved outside of the Marketing Analytics team.
Stakeholder management is part of our daily life in our organization, and it is vital you understand to onboard and engage your stakeholders to keep them committed to our projects/solutions and to ensure change and progress.
You are open to travel as you can expect 10-20 days per year depending on the projects you are involved in.
