Student Assistant, Digital Marketing, Paid Media & Performance

As the Student Assistant in the Paid Media and Performance team, you will be part of Demant and our Hearing Instrument Group, which develops and produces some of the world’s most advanced hearing instruments that helps millions of people around the world with their hearing loss.
Our team develops and roll outs global digital activations, follow-ups on performance and supports our sales companies with execution, all with the customer journey and Demant business goals in mind.
We are looking for a team-oriented student assistant with “can-do” attitude. Joining us you will be a part of our Paid Media & Performance team and can look forward to taking on a wide range of tasks:

· Assist with cleaning and preparing data sources from all digital marketing channels for the performance reports and dashboards.

· Assist with managing accounts and maintaining all analytical tools to deal with ad hoc tasks from different stakeholders.

· Assist with generating actionable insight from raw data.
About you
· You are positive, proactive, and motivated by learning

· You are organized with strong attention to details

· You are confident in data handling and analysis

· You have some experience with Google analytics

· You have a curious and outgoing mindset and can work independently

· You have an interest in digital marketing, google products, social media, customer behavior and psychology.
Our company language is English, and we expect that you speak and write English fluently.

Your working hours are around 15 hours per week. We are flexible in scheduling your hours, especially during your exam periods, and we also offer you great flexibility regarding working remotely.
