Student Assistant with interest in Brand Portfolio and Project Management

Do you thrive in a matrix organization with many stakeholders? Then you may be our new Student Assistant in the Brand Management of Demant’s Hearing Instruments Group.

About the job
You will become part of a Brand Management team in the Hearing Instruments Group of Demant and work in close cooperation with the Brand Management leadership team and other stakeholders. Brand Management function is on a journey to establish a wholistic Brand Portfolio focus, strategic priorities, and action plans to realize the market potential and we need your capabilities.

More specifically, you will work closely with Brand Projects Director, driving and supporting Brand Portfolio strategy update and implementation, development of the common frameworks and facilitating various strategic and commercial projects across brands.

Consequently, your areas of responsibility and your tasks could be broad and varied. Some of the tasks include:

Support on the annual strategic wheel, incl. alignment on the processes and stakeholders around it
Be part of the Strategy update and implementation process
Scoping the projects, drafting project charters, timelines, governance structures and stakeholder maps
Content development for the workshops and various leadership forums
Ad hoc task to support Brand Management leadership team

Your background and personal competencies
You are probably in the third year of your Bachelor within Brand Management, Business Administration or Strategy and have a keen interest in pursuing a career within Brand Management or Marketing areas.

We expect you to be a strong planner and organizer. In addition, you have great attention to details, and work with tasks in a structured way. Furthermore, you are very well experienced and confident in communicating with numerous people internationally, both verbally and in writing. Your style of work is characterized by you being proactive; working independently and taking responsibility is second nature to you. In order to achieve success in your new role, you possess the following qualities:

Analytical mindset
Excellent at communicating complex issues
Have a service minded attitude
Experienced user of Microsoft Office
Speak and write English fluently

We expect you to work +16 hours per week and we offer a flexible workhour environment.
