Join us as our new Student Assistant in the Digital Marketing team
Join our dynamic and international team in a role where you’ll support driving the development of Oticon’s bi-yearly product campaigns and quarterly digital marketing activities. You will work closely with your manager and three colleagues dedicated to the website and content management of our global campaign development and execution. We are a small team, however, you will be part of the Digital Marketing Organization where you will work with 30 dedicated, ambitious and caring colleagues working with paid media, website development, content creation and digital marketing campaigns.
We also collaborate closely with our colleagues in Brand Management, Audiology, Creative Development and Commercial Operations to build and deliver engaging digital marketing initiatives, from strategy to execution.

What you bring
You are finishing the last year of your bachelor’s degree or have just started your Master’s studiesYour studies have a focus on marketing and communications within international business. Excellent English skills is required and a substantial understanding of ‘what is good communication’ is needed. Previous experience from a marketing organisation or a large, international company, either through previous work experience or volunteer work, is an advantage, yet not essential, so do apply if you can see yourself in this role

Location
This job will be located in Smørum, Denmark
Working time: expected 10-20 hours per week with flexibility during exam periods.

Travel outside Denmark is not required for this role.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Planning meetings and workshops (e.g. schedule meetings, invite participants and speakers, prepare workshop material)
- Preparing and creating compelling presentations based on input from workshops, meetings and key stakeholders
- Coordination of digital content creation tasks, such as webpages and paid media
- Working on website tasks, data analytics and other digital platforms
- Monitoring campaign performance, incl. campaign reporting
- Research within the field
- Follow-up on affiliates’ digital initiatives
What you bring

- You have strong coordination and structured and clear communication skills. Must be able to work in PowerPoint
- You are a good team player who is also able to work independently and take responsibility for key deliverables

- You are able to be flexible with work hours. The workload may vary, and we expect mutual flexibility for you to solve tasks timeline and at the same time attend classes and exams.
