You will join our Digital Marketing Organization
As our new Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Digital Marketing team and work with a skilled team of 35 colleagues driving branding and marketing tactics from content production to campaign development and media activation. We have a diverse team who engages with a variety of stakeholders both globally and locally.

The position
As our new Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the key partner and driver between the brand organization, local markets, and the Digital Marketing department.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, your role is to translate Philips brand strategy and roadmap into industry-leading digital marketing - in line with the company strategy, and in close alignment with the brand organization. Further, you will be an important part of the brand transformation towards a digital-first approach and mindset.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for creating cross-channel digital campaign strategies and tactics that respond to the overall brand and business objectives. You will drive digital marketing planning, activation and monitoring across channels and local markets, while overseeing daily operations.
  • You will be a co-driver of the omnichannel media and communication plans which define the right channels, content, and journey to reach the desired target groups.
  • You will collaborate with local markets to ensure the link between digital marketing strategy, brand management and campaigns strategy.
  • You will act as a strategic partner to the brand organization and enable the brand to move towards a digital-first and audience-led approach.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset with a significant digital knowledge – ideally with a background in several digital disciplines. You possess a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and know how the different touchpoints (digital and face-to-face) play a role in the user experience. You feel comfortable with planning multichannel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and display advertising on 3rd party websites.

Working with a brand- focused organization, especially with a well-renowned brand, is not new to you, and you know what it takes to achieve results in larger, international organizations with a diverse stakeholder landscape.

We expect you to be able to set a clear direction and secure senior management buy-in both globally and locally, and navigate in change, and manage uncertainty comes natural to you.

To succeed in the role, you

  • Hold a relevant master’s degree (business, marketing, or communications)
  • 5-7 years of proven strategic and hands-on experience with digital marketing strategy and campaign planning, customer journey mapping and media execution within B2B and B2C segments
  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and how different touchpoints (digital and face-2-face) play a role in the user experience
  • Proven strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset
  • Understand how to use data to generate insights and identifying opportunities for tracking and optimizing campaigns
