Novo Nordisk is looking for a bright multichannel manager and a great colleague to scale and drive adoption of multichannel in our affiliates

Novo Nordisk is on an exciting journey to enable our global brand teams and affiliates to have more, meaningful and efficient customer engagements. We are currently building and scaling the foundational platforms to engage with our customers beyond the field force, and we need a strong multichannel manager to help us on that journey.

About the department

Our team, Multichannel Excellence & Operations, is responsible for building and drive adoption of key capabilities enabling our global brands and affiliates to produce, execute and measure multichannel customer engagements. We are completely redefining our content supply chain with significant efficiency impact and providing the platforms and strategy & operational support to drive customer reach, frequency and optimized touchpoint coverage across affiliates. When you read this you hopefully already think about marketing automation, tagging and customer engagement analytics as something you would consider in that mix. We have many more projects going on and we can guarantee that you will be challenged, grow and have fun working with us.

The position

We are looking for a Multichannel Manager to help us scale multichannel execution platforms to affiliates all over the world – with an initial focus on our affiliates around Europe. You work closely with a team of multichannel experts supporting our affiliates to drive commercial impact. They need your help to make the platform implementation and new ways of working as seamless as possible. You can do that because you excel in stakeholder alignment, understand local business needs and translate them into great plans and execution. Paired with your digital expertise this is the win-win formula we need right now.

We do not expect you to be an expert in the pharmaceutical industry. If you have experience, that is a plus, but what we really need is your insights and practical experience from working with multichannel. We will make sure to teach you everything you need to know about our industry along the way.

You are likely to become a success in this role if:

  • You have experience from scaling multichannel capabilities across markets within a multinational organization and/or from a digital agency
  • You are a subject matter expert within multichannel and know how to convey that expertise to people with very different background
  • You know 2+2 is 5 and practice a collaborative work style in everything you do
  • You know how about project management across borders, markets and cultures

Qualifications :

  • Master degree or above in a relevant area to the role.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of Multichannel and Digital Marketing experience from any type of industry or agency environment required. Pharma industry experience from another highly regulated industry is a plus but not .
  • Deep understanding of multichannel marketing tactics and digital channels, including but not limited to email, websites, webinars/webcasts, digital media programs, paid search, SEO, social media, mobile apps, edetail aids.
  • Deep experience in working with stakeholders and affiliates in an international environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
