And Join Novo Nordisk for a Life-changing career - Novo Nordisk The position Reporting to the Senior Customer Engagement Director, your role is to drive innovation and organisational change in Global Digital Engagement Strategy and Digital Media Excellence, through compelling global digital strategy and tactical plan development, in close collaboration with global brand teams. You will be responsible for:
  • Co-creating and co-owning the global digital strategy and customer engagement for prioritised brands and rolling it out to our top 10 markets
  • Driving change management and building a network of ambassadors across the organization to ensure that we translate digital strategy into action by enabling colleagues to further scale and pull through the global frameworks, content, and customer example journeys
  • Being the expert in an omnichannel way of working and using dashboards to identify trends and insights that enable a data-driven approach to digital strategy and media execution
  • Ensuring tracking, reporting, and website analytics are supporting the objectives and KPIs for our brands and market development units
  • You will act as a role model and core contributor to the team’s overall purpose of digital engagement strategy and media excellence by connecting the dots across internal contributing subject matter experts ensuring that the Customer Engagement team delivers best-in-class experiences across all touchpoints with key stakeholders. Qualifications To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
  • Relevant master’s degree in business, media, marketing, communication, or similar
  • 8-10 years of proven strategic and hands-on experience with digital strategy and planning, customer journey mapping, and media execution
  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and how the different touchpoints (digital and face-2-face) play a role in the customer experience
  • Strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset
  • The ability to advice on how to optimise media investments and enable digital media capabilities to drive stronger business impact
  • Knowledgeable with digital media platforms for the purposes of planning, executing and measuring campaigns. i.e. mediatool, DCM, MOAT, Meta-, LinkedIn- and Twitter business managers
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • It is an advantage to have:
  • Experience from a global role
  • Background within the pharmaceutical industry
  • On a personal level, you are a great team player and excel at stakeholder management as you will be working across a complex matrix organisation consisting of HQ, International Operations, North Americas, Regions, and Affiliates.
