Then this is your moment to join us as Digital Product Owner for one of our Patient Support Solutions (PSS). Apply now! The position This position is a maternity cover for 14 month.
As Product Owner of our PSS you will facilitate product thinking by balancing input from users on the live product, commercial strategy and developers to ensure a high quality solution that continuously is improved to meet the end user needs. Your collaborators will be the inhouse software development team, your counterpart the Commercial Lead, Local Affiliates and Medical and Compliance stakeholders. Your day to day work will be using agile methodologies to ensure a flexible and incremental approach to product development. You are expected to shape the digital solution to support the overall organisation and also use creative thinking to identify how the organisation and processes can be reshaped to better support the scalability and efficiency of developing digital products. Qualifications To be successful in this position you have:
  • Preferably a Master’s degree in relevant area (Business, Design, IT, Engineering, or other related fields) and experience with high-complex project management
  • Strong passion and experience within Product Management
  • Proven track record working within agile frameworks
  • Knowledge of or experience with working in regulated spaces
  • Leadership skills to set direction for teams without formal authority
  • Ability to comfortably shift between strategic thinking and execution
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • It is an advantage to have:
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps is a plus
  • On a personal level, you enjoy working in a diverse team of professions and you are comfortable with challenging status quo and have an eye for identifying business opportunities for your digital product. You are passionate about user centricity and have a track record of successful collaborations and are good at communicating as well as executing on complex ideas. About the department
    The Obesity unit is responsible for the strategic leadership for the current and future obesity portfolio worldwide and is accountable for our portfolio strategies within obesity and the Obesity Business Plan. The mission of the Obesity Unit is to change how the world sees people with obesity and to make obesity a healthcare priority. We strive to develop and commercialize a leading portfolio of superior treatment solutions for those living with obesity. You will become part of The Consumer Engagement & New Business Models VP area which is newly established and both areas consumer engagement and new business models are still very much in the shaping. You will therefore have a chance to join the team as we together seek answers and solve for the future needs of the business. You will report to Senior Global Director Lars Pallisgaard.
