Do you have globalLIMS experience and a passion to support Injectable Finished Products sites with Quality Control related support? If so, you could be our new colleague for our Dedicated Builder Team (DBT) based in Bagsværd!
About the department
You will join Injectable Finished Products (IFP) QC DK where 160 colleagues look forward to welcoming you. We are responsible for performing all QC analysis across IFP DK including release test from several production units, handling of customer complaints, stability samples and validation activities. In addition, we are a supporting partner in the global QC network in IFP, consisting of laboratories in France, Brazil, US and China.
Our mission is to transform our analytical laboratories into more automated and connected laboratories to reduce manual work and increase the stability and efficiency of the laboratory processes. In the team you will be one of our dedicated static data builders, with a close link to the laboratories, as well as project managers driving various innovation projects.
The position You will be joining the department as our new static builder and support creation and maintenance of static data in GlobalLIMS according to our procedure Q0301258. You will be part of a team responsible for defining and executing our digitalisation and automation strategy in IFP QC, where we also have dedicated focus on the constant changes to the globalLIMS data and sampling plans. Your daily responsibility will be to support tasks coming from our IFP sites for the static data in the system. Furthermore, you will: Support the DBT tasks requested from IFP sites Create and maintain static data according to Q0301258 Training of new static builder competence
With the DBT team, you will service our IFP sites and QC laboratories with the support needed to continue the strong growth across Novo Nordisk.
Qualifications
In order to qualify for the position, we imagine that: You have extensive experience with and knowledge of the globalLIMS system, preferably on a superuser level. You have experience from business areas using the LIMS system, e.g. production, QC laboratory, QA, etc. You have experience with stability tests, but this is only an advantage, not a necessity. You have good communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders. You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbally. You will succeed in this role if you are flexible and adaptable to communicate with customers and colleagues from different countries and customs. Working at Novo Nordisk
