The position As Marketing Projects Lead, you will work together with a dedicated team to define the critical success factors for the portfolio projects, help set priorities and secure execution. Your main responsibilities:
  • Maintain the project plan, a clear overview of barriers and opportunities for the portfolio decisions to be executed, define issues and risks and drive mitigation strategies to prepare for successful execution
  • Develop the playbooks, campaigns, and assets required to support affiliate execution, ranging from iSelling materials to pharmacy campaigns and Health Care Professionals (HCP) and patient education and communication depending on the project in scope
  • Lead the design and content creation, develop and execute training and educational campaigns, and develop Multi-channel Customer Engagement (MCE) campaigns as appropriate
  • Secure roll-out to affiliates and support localisation
  • Identify better practices and securing organisational learning
  • Furthermore, you will be expected to work in close collaboration with Regions and Affiliates to ensure accurate understanding of what enables and prevents successful execution and secure cross-functional and cross-team support to deliver. Qualifications As the ideal candidate you have:
  • A Master’s degree in business or economics
  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstratable experience developing and executing marketing projects and campaigns within the pharma industry
  • Experience with Multi-Channel Engagement and non-personal promotion
  • Proven track designing and executing educational campaigns for patients and/or HCPs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • It is an advantage to have previous experience in:
  • Insulin and/or diabetes
  • Executing portfolio management decisions
  • On the personal side, we expect you to have excellent interpersonal skills as this position requires you to work across multiple stakeholder groups in the company. You have a track record of delivering high quality and finding new ways of achieving goals. You are pro-active and innovative and inspire ways of working smarter and taking team performance to a higher level. Furthermore, you have demonstrated the ability to work individually as well as part of a team on multiple projects in parallel. About the department On a daily basis, you will work with a diverse network of colleagues across all functions and all elements of the value chain, from Device Marketing to Communications and from Supply Chain to Operations. You will lead in our matrix organisation to secure successful execution. You will be part of the in-market insulin team in the Diabetes Therapy Area and report to the Project Vice President of the team.
