The position In this role you will have the opportunity to make impact across Digital Health (DH) and Novo Nordisk, by creating a cohesive team, that will work together to: Drive insights from multiple sources, patients/HCPs, competitors and our own solutions to improve our commercial strategies, improve digital product development as well as operational execution in our affiliates Create impactful evidence plans and strong external communication to help us understand and communicate the benefit of our digital solutions Ensure that DH data is integrated in real-world data usage across Novo Nordisk to reap the full benefits of the DH data assets You will lead a group of five direct reports in Denmark as well as two indirect reports working out of our service centre in Bangalore. The team represents a diverse set of profiles and competencies from anthropology, data management, evidence planning/analytics, and competitive intelligence. You will report to the Vice President of Digital Health Strategy, Product and Data and become a part of the leadership team. A key part of the role is to build a strong network with global, regional, and local stakeholders to facilitate project decisions, challenge and explore potential solutions, and ensure a strong commitment from stakeholders. You will communicate the insights and evidence strategies and tactics in a compelling and inspirational way to all levels in the organisation, including senior management. To succeed, you will develop strong relationships and secure engagement with key stakeholders, internally and externally. Proactive communication and close collaboration across the organisation and with our partner companies is a key success factor for this role! The role has a global reach and travel is expected up to 15-20 days per year for conferences in EU and US. Qualifications We have no formal educational requirements; however, applicants would typically have a business degree or data science background combined with 10+ years’ work experience in data & insights preferably from a strategic or commercial context such as market access, new product planning, competitive intelligence, customer insights, or similar. To thrive, we expect you have: Passion for Digital Health and making an impact to the benefit of patients Pro-active and strategic mindset with a proven history of driving change and creating followership Analytical mindset and know how to generate impact from data insights Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way Excellent command of English, both written and spoken It is an advantage to have: Pharma industry experience as well as a background with DH solutions Previous leadership experience What will we offer you? About the department Digital Health is part of the Commercial Strategy and Corporate Affairs and we ensure that patients are provided with the best possible benefits from Novo Nordisk product by addressing unmet patient needs through Digital Health solutions. In Digital Health, we drive and anchor the global Digital Health strategy, as well as our commercial partnership strategy. We own and shape the commercial development of Digital Health solutions, both internally and through partners, based on connected insulin injection pens and digital solutions. We define go-to-market strategies for such solutions and the real-world data strategy for data collected through digital health solutions and generally function as the center of excellence globally for Digital Health.
