Do you want to lead the digital evolution of Novo Nordisk’s global customer engagement model? An omnichannel engagement model that caters to both push and pull and enables superior customer experience (CX) across all engagement touchpoints. The Position Reporting to the Director of Digital Engagement Strategy, EA, and CX, your role is to own and strategically mature our global customer engagement model and ensure it supports the evolving needs of our customers and business. You will set the strategic direction and lead the work that defines that future direction - and also the tangible execution and operationalization of it. You will be a driver of change, to scale and continue to expand on our customer engagement and CX capabilities – enabling stronger customer and business outcomes. Specifically, responsibilities include:
  • Drive an omnichannel, data-driven approach to digital engagement strategy, and lead the evolution of our global customer engagement model, for how global brands create relevant, impactful content and experiences encompassing both BTB and BTC
  • Establish a global Customer Experience framework, and embed CX approaches and measurement in our ways of working, defining how any interaction with Novo Nordisk across all platforms can be leveraged to deliver a proactive and responsive insight-driven experience
  • Drive customer engagement journey planning digital solution roll-out and define the future roadmap for scaling
  • Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
  • 10 years of proven strategic and hands-on experience with digital transformation in the field of customer engagement and -experience.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience working with customer engagement ecosystems (encompassing engagement strategy, customer journey planning, execution, and insights generation) and how connected touchpoints (digital and face-2-face) enable superior insight-driven customer experiences for customers across all the engagements they have with us
  • Strong project management & change management skills
  • Proven strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset
  • Relevant master’s degree in business, media, marketing, communication, or similar
  • Background within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Danish is nice to have
  • On a personal level, you are a great team player and excel at stakeholder management as you will be working across a complex matrix organization consisting of HQ, International Operations, North America Operations, Regions, and Affiliates. About the Department The Digital Engagement Strategy, EA and CX team is one of the highly engaged and skilled professionals, focused on driving business impact through three key focus areas; Digital Engagement Strategy, Customer Engagement Analytics, and Customer Experience. This team is part of a bigger Customer Engagement and Experience VP area, anchored in a large Digital Strategy and Solutions CVP area, that also consists of Digital Health Strategy, Commercial and Partnerships as well as Digital Platforms and Services.
