Commercial Expertise with Technical Flair
With reference to Director of Command & Control Product Management, you will become part of a team of five passionate, ambitious and great colleagues. Our team is responsible for the commercialization and development of Terma’s C2 Product Portfolio.
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for your own product/application, including the underlying business plan and product strategy. You will be responsible for interpreting the market and customer needs, transforming requirements into value creating offerings for target market segments. Balancing requirements and product investments is key to success, why some level of technical flair is required to understand the impact and implications of business decisions.
A typical working day provides a large degree of variation in tasks and responsibilities. You will work closely with people across organizational functions spanning disciplines from product management to sales, marketing, delivery projects, service, R&D, finance etc. The job-position offers a great opportunity to be challenged with expertise, to gain new insights and to develop and further mature your skills.

You have an educational background within one of the following areas: Business Administration, Marketing and/or Engineering.
Experience with the product management discipline is not a pre-requisite, but organizational experience and understanding of organizational dynamics – preferably from an international B2B Business - is key. Experience from the defense or security industry is an asset.
As a person you are analytical, collaborative and a team player who recognize the value of working closely with both internal and external stakeholders; building positive relations and communicate clearly to customers and stakeholders throughout the organization.

- Collecting market intelligence to represent the “voice of the customer”
- Establishing solid business cases and go-to-market strategies
- Working cross-organizational to secure the profitability of your products
- Ensuring verification and validation of products and application specific solutions
- Sales collaterals in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing
- Conduct organizational training and evangelize your product internally and externally
- Technically manage and assist during proposal preparation, sales meetings and demo activities
