Introduction

You are analytical and structured mindset, resourceful and outgoing self-starter who can take initiative and gets things done to completion with a detail-orientated eye. Your ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast paced, performing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them in an effective and organized way. You employ a logical and curios approach to problem-solving.

In this role, you will support exeQute as Marketing and Communication Specialist to assure an impeccable and “above-all” customer experience throughout the entire customer journey. This journey begins before new customer are aware of exeQute, continues and never stops by continuously strengthening customer relationships with deeper understanding of the customer’s situation, needs and assuring the promotion of the customers’ success with exeQute to others.

Your mission:

You will be in charge of planning, developing, and tracking the customer experience for exeQute. As Marketing and Communication Specialist, you will bridge the gap between the customer and exeQute’s brand. Your job is to ensure that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective. Your success as Marketing and Communication Specialist shall be measured by increased sales, customer satisfaction rates, increases customer loyalty, and gains more referrals from our loyal customers.

You need great communication skills, need to listen to customers, in order to help them solve their problems. You need to work with our consultants and designers, in order to find the balance between what the customer wants and what the company provides.

  1. Marketing and communication prior to customer onboarding process

  • Marketing research to identify customer and market behaviors, tendencies, and opportunities.
  • Plans, creates, and manages marketing material (website, SoMe, case stories, references etc.) that clearly convey our value proposition but most importantly, how exeQute values turn into tangible benefits to the customers bottom line and strength.
  • Communicates company value proposition in marketing materials to assure potential customers are very excited about how exeQute can support their business plans.
  • Supports during customer sale process by providing materials, communications, and supports during on-site customer first assessments.

  1. Communication during onboarding process and system implementation

  • Creates material to properly implement and train customers in exeQute’s Quality Management Systems (QMS) and the N’Ginie platform.
  • Uses customer feedback to improve the N’Ginie platform and supports with any issues regarding the usability of the platform.
  • Makes sure that all customer feedback is taken into consideration to always improve the customer experience and that exeQute meets and exceeds customer expectations with products, service, and support.

  1. Ongoing customer support, feedback, and monitoring customer satisfaction

  • Continuously conducts customer support, reviews customer satisfaction and monitors customer success in order to secure that the customer experience with the N’Ginie and exeQute’s services exceed customer expectations.
  • Conducts customer satisfaction surveys/reviews and translates the feedback and needs of customers into business requirements. Makes sure that the customer keeps open communication channels with exeQute and considers it as essential part of the cooperation with exeQute.
  • Understands where there might be a mismatch between customer and company experience and align these misunderstandings through communication: this includes training sessions, customer “talks” detecting problems and providing solutions in cooperation with exeQute QM-consultants.

  1. Transfer customer feedback to exeQute’s team

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to determine product requirements, as well as product design, and testing.
  • Assures that internal communications and procedures are aligned to customer expectations, interactions, and operations, so that exeQute presents itself in alignment to the values and level of quality.
  • Communicates customer feedback to internal relevant parties, thereby using the customer feedback as a continuous tool for improvement of customer experience.
  • Creates product/service improvement reports and requests including risk and prioritization.
  • Other tasks that are naturally associated with the employee's position and work in accordance with Job description below and following company procedures.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field, Marketing Strategy, Media Channels, Client Relationships, Creativity, Adaptability, Research, Analysis, Writing, Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Leadership, People Management, Detail-Orientated, Budgeting, Organization, Multi-Tasking.
  • Strong project management skills and an ability to multitask without getting frazzled.
  • Account management or related experience caring for and advising customers or clients.
  • Empathy and an outstanding ability to understand customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
  • A passion for technology with demonstrated technical aptitude; experience at a technology company or relevant consultancy is ideal.
  • The ability to engage in strategic conversations with senior leaders.
  • A love for teamwork and commitment to building a world-class customer experience.
  • Degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Proficiency in Danish, English, and German (desired).
  • Desired, consulting background, sales or similar experience.
  • Desired, knowledge and experience with SEO and company website management.
