ANZ Marketing Manager

Moodagent Australia is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, with a real passion for music and technology to join our Marketing team. The ANZ Marketing Manager will be responsible for Marketing strategy development and execution. This will include content creation, creative direction, execution, and analysis and reporting.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director you will be a passionate entertainment or brand marketer with demonstrated experience in crafting and executing amazing and creative marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and drive Moodagent’s ANZ marketing strategy (in consultation with Marketing Director) including ideation, strategy, planning, executing, and managing best in class, results orientated, integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Responsible for campaigns across the entire customers lifecycle to on board, activate, retain and win back customers. Creating marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social, digital, push and in-app messages.

  • Identify uniquely local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities (major events, partnerships, seasonal moments, etc) and deliver campaigns or activations against them.

  • Develop, in partnership with the music teams, marketing programs to build awareness of Moodagent within the ANZ creator community and music Industry.

  • Establish and maintain ANZ marketing calendar.

  • Ensure alignment of ANZ activities with global brand strategy.

  • Coordinate and lead ANZ events and partnerships to deepen consumer connection with the Moodagent brand.

  • Manage creative teams both internal and external (agencies) to create and deliver content.

  • Establish a strong working relationship between multi-functional stakeholders across product, data insights, partnerships, finance and legal.

  • ROI of Campaigns: Analyse and report regularly on campaign activity.


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • 5+ years proven experience in consumer marketing, 7+ work experience.

  • Music, Entertainment or Tech experience preferred.

  • Have a strong customer-centric approach - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand.

  • Deep understanding of consumer marketing –preferably in the music/entertainment space, with an ability to not only build strategy but also execute flawlessly.

  • Creative, someone who is able to turn cool ideas into reality. Someone who can create campaigns that position our brand with the right audience with the right message.

  • Experience in creative development of marketing campaign assets with various media channels including, but not limited to digital, TV and OOH.

  • Experience managing relationships with external and internal agencies/design teams to brief and manage campaigns.

  • Proven track record delivering results on consumer marketing campaigns, with the ability to make insight- and data-driven decisions.

  • Comfortable with campaign reporting and optimisation to ensure we’re on the right track and achieving our KPIs.

  • Collaborative, team-focused with a positive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish relationships with the team and external parties.

  • Flexible, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
