The role is based in the Esbjerg office and entails playing a relevant role for well integrity on the assigned field.
Key Responsibilities
Overall, you have the responsibility for monitoring and maintaining integrity of assigned well stock at optimum value to the asset and to the required quality, plan and budget.

As a Well Integrity Engineer in the Drilling and Well department, you will be key in ensuring the minimization of risk related to the well stock in Total Exploration and Production (TEPDK). You will be in charge of Well Integrity anomaly investigations and Risk Assessments and advising on actions to come out of these.

Key Responsibilities
Overall, you have the responsibility for monitoring and maintaining integrity of assigned well stock at optimum value to the asset and to the required quality, plan and budget.
These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- Drive HSE performance in accordance with Total Group objectives and promote a safety culture with the team
- Daily review of Wells Activity to ensure no new Integrity issues have emerged that need follow up
- Daily review of wellhead pressure checks
- Prepare derogations to company rules to allow continued well operation
- Provide inputs to monthly reports for management review
- Ensure correct classification of Well Integrity anomalies and defining of actions, responsible parties and target closure dates/grace periods
- Maintain a list and track current dispensations for the asset and when necessary instigate new well integrity dispensations
- Initiate and participate in Risk Assessments related to Well Integrity issues
- Provide well integrity discipline support during risk assessments
- Conduct Shut in Well Reviews for Long Term Shut in Wells in coordination with the Wells Manager
- Review acquired tubing callipers and advise on required actions, adjustment of severity codes or recalculation of well operating envelopes
- Provide feedback to contract owners on each contractor's performance

Your background
- University Graduate Engineer in relevant technical discipline
- At least 5 years of successful industry experience within Drilling and Well Services
- Good knowledge of Well construction, Reservoir behavior and insight on production operations
- Prompt and accurate with details
- Ability to manage risks in an effective manner
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
