We are now looking for a dedicated O&M Coordinator.
The position is placed with reference to the O&M Manager, Logistics and Supply in the DanTysk and Sandbank cluster.
About your role:
The O&M Coordinator plays a key role in the technical operation of the platforms in the wind farm. He/She is supporting the O&M Manager. The O&M Coordinator supports to ensure a HSE compliant, smooth and efficient maintenance and operation of the DanTysk-Sandbank platforms. Overall coordination of O&M works of contractors and sub-contractors for DTSB OAP and OSS.
Your responsibilities and work tasks:
• Be compliant with the Vattenfall Policies, Values, KPI´s and Authority standards and legislation
• Supervision and implementation of Vattenfall HSE standards
• Support of incident reporting and handling of follow up actions
• Planning of Maintenance activities in SAP within AOR according to maintenance plans, planning cycle and within area of responsibility, OSS and OAP.
• Project management of maintenance activities on OAP/OSS
• In all aspects ensure efficient and safe planning/operation
• Technical follow-up on and changes of documents after finished jobs
• Monitor and control contractor activities
• Set-up of external service contracts to ensure availability, maintenance and finances
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting of all systems on platforms
• Act as deputy for the O&M Manager in Logistics and Supply
Qualifications
You have a university background with a technical approach or a technical background, and preferably 6-8 years of working experience with the above mentioned tasks, preferably from the offshore industry. As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently.
• You are practically oriented
• You have a broad experience with operating and maintaining platform utility systems
• You have experience with day2day supervision
• You have experience from an offshore environment
• Experience with SAP as Maintenance planning tool
Personality
• Solution driven
• Honest
• Dedicated to the task
• Able to prioritize the workload and handle peaks
• Comfortable with a changing environment and an international perspective
• Strong communication skills and able to communicate well with representatives from various professional groups, external business partners, colleagues and internal departments.
