Device Manufacturing & Sourcing is looking to expand our team with both junior and senior engineers to execute optimisation projects and help develop the advanced high- volume automated lines producing our newest injection devices.

About the department
You will join Pre-assembly Production in Hillerød, Denmark. We are approximately 100 colleagues and work in 5 teams. We produce the mechanical Motor Module in Novo Nordisk’s newest prefilled devices FlexTouch® and FlexPro®. We deliver large quantities to our sister factories in Diabetes Finished Products and Biopharmaceuticals.
We are dedicated to deliver strong results that add to the success of Novo Nordisk in crucial ways by ensuring high quality components at a competitive cost for our customers within prefilled devices. We share a relaxed tone and tall ambitions, and we are proud to never compromise on quality or safety.
The department are also a driver in the development, start-up and service of new production facilities in both Denmark and the US.
The position
You will be part of a team of 12 highly skilled engineers that support our global production network (Denmark/US), handles improvements, upgrades and expansion of production capacity with a global production perspective. Your tasks will among others be to
- identify and drive improvement projects within vision systems
- use systematic problem solving and a LEAN mindset to solve production issues
- collaborate across many functional areas and with people from different backgrounds
Qualifications
You probably have an academic degree with a background in vision systems and/or image recognition. Furthermore, knowledge/experience with:
- Cognex vision systems, software, setup, error detection and optimization are an advantage.
- Machine learning and advanced analytics is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- GMP is an advantage, but not a requirement.
As a person, you have a proactive approach and are good at establishing relations with other people while communicating constructively. You have the ability to work flexibly as is required when working in a production environment. Finally, as all members of the production you speak Danish fluently.
