FORCE Technology is a leading supplier of consultancy services, testing and inspection to a variety of heavy industries. We are looking for a project manager to join the component and structure testing team at Lindø Component and Structure Testing A/S. FORCE Technology has established a strategic joint venture with "Lindoe Offshore Renewables Center" – LORC, under which Lindoe Component and Structure Testing A/S was established.
What will you be doing next Monday?
As a project manager you will lead projects within the mechanical and climatic testing facilities, but you will also be ‘hands-on’ acting as planner, test operator and consultant. You will be part of a well-rounded and experienced testing team in the Additive Manufacturing and Product and System Testing business unit. You must have drive and be able to work independently, as we work side-by-side with our customers. Your key tasks will be to:

You have been successful in leading projects within large industrial equipment and structures. You have a strong commercial focus, and you have experience building and maintaining effective working relationships. Your educational background is probably as an engineer, and you have 3-5 years of experience from similar positions. Furthermore, you have:

- manage customer relations from project sales to delivery
- organizing and leading testing programs from idea to the final reporting
- manage planning and operation of both the mechanical and climatic testing facilities
- lead our activities within innovation and development projects on mechanical or structural systems
- assist with developing our service portfolio in consulting and testing validation for mechanical and structural systems.
Your skills & experience
You have been successful in leading projects within large industrial equipment and structures. You have a strong commercial focus, and you have experience building and maintaining effective working relationships. Your educational background is probably as an engineer, and you have 3-5 years of experience from similar positions. Furthermore, you have:
- knowledge of mechanical testing demands of large-scale infrastructure or heavy industry equipment
- experience with the European Machinery Directive
- experience with operating software for test control and data acquisition
- an analytical and structured approach
- good language skills in written and spoken English, and preferably also in Danish.
