Are you good at managing lots of tasks at the same time? Do you like being at the centre of something which makes a big impact? Do you enjoy working in teams and solving problems?
We are looking for new Operators to take the daily responsibility of our Turbine Operations Centre in Esbjerg, Denmark. You will be working on both day, evening and night shifts together with technical specialists and in conjunction with other specialists at our Headquarters in Aarhus.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…act as shift leader in the Turbine Operations Centre where you will oversee the control and operation. As the Operator, you will take the lead in responding to internal and external stakeholders’ requests and coordinate resources to minimise the loss of production due to WTG (wind turbine generator) breakdowns.
You will also be responsible for:
Remote monitoring of offshore WTGs Support reactive operation of offshore WTGs Support to field operations via remote operation of WTGs Support to SCADA Support to HSE (e.g. during emergency situations) Support to power regulations and substation/grid maintenance Coordinate execution of ad-hoc STOP/START WTG requests Follow-up on SCADA events with Performance & Diagnostics Initiate root cause investigations
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…is good at maintaining an overview in a busy environment. Our new colleague has good people management skills and excellent interpersonal skills, enabling him/her to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You enjoy working in teams and thrive in a role where you work with many different personalities and functions. It is not important that you have WTG field troubleshooting experience, but it is an advantage.

Have a structured approach to your tasks Are assertive enough to ensure that procedures and rules are adhered to in the Turbine Operations Centre Are a confident user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Are flexible and willing to travel between Aarhus and Esbjerg from time-to-time
