Global System Administrator in Global IT, BAS Production Applications

Position

We are looking for a System administrator to support the systems administration of LabWare LIMS/EMS system in the Production Applications team in Business Application Services (BAS), Global IT.

Do you have experience with IT system administration, support to Line of Business, participation in audits of computerized systems, application lifecycle management and validation according to GAMP5, and global roll-out of new systems, then you might be the one we are looking for.

Field of responsibility

• System administration of global LIMS/EMS systems
• Deliver system support, training and administration servicesto laboratory areas
• Contact to global system owner and super users in ALK sites worldwide
• Perform periodic system and user reviews
• Maintain procedures and work instructions
• Investigate system errors
• Participate in internal and external site audits
• Project participation in global roll out to production sites

Your qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or similar
• System Administration and Quality Management of Computerised Systems
• Experience with GxP and the pharma industry will be preferred
• Experience in environmental monitoring process and systems administration.
• Experience with audit and inspections globally
• Proactive, service-minded and a team player
• English on a professional level is a must in speaking and writing
• Availability to travel
