Finance Business Partner – Nordics & Baltics

A central position - with many stakeholders


In this newly established position, you will be part of Finance - Northern Europe Zone. You will support the country CFOs and Finance Business Partners, in a proactive and anticipating manner, managing economic processes to improve entity and zone performance.

Your main responsibilities


You will be the driving force in directing the financial performance through analyses, forecasts, and by suggesting potential solutions to management. You will also manage the planning process across the zone. This entails carrying out associated analyses and suggesting necessary recommendations. You manage the Profit and Loss statement through close co-operation with Zone management and country CFOs. You anticipate risks and initiate corrective measures.

It is important that you promote and encourage search for productivity improvements and monitor and push the execution of ambitious targets. You drive and monitor the execution of strategic initiatives and transformation projects within FP&A.

We look forward to your initiatives towards drive for simplification. For instance, you will suggest and implement improvements of methods, business intelligence solutions, procedures, and data handling. Lastly, in collaboration with your colleagues in Latvia, you will take responsibility for the zone budget and secure monthly reporting in a timely manner.

We are looking for a new colleague who will bring new views and ideas to Finance. You show personal initiative and you thrive in an international environment that offers a mix of tasks. Stakeholder management comes naturally to you, and you know how to positively collaborate and communicate with both business leaders and finance colleagues.

Moreover you have:

  • A master's degree in Finance
  • 2-6 years of experience from a similar role, preferably from internationally working companies.
  • Good business understanding - as a fundamental to act.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and all Microsoft products, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of, or interest in, Finance Business Intelligence solutions such as Alteryx, Tableau or similar

You must speak and write English fluently and have a Danish work permit.

This position requires strong financial leadership abilities and good inter-personal skills with the ability to interact and influence people at all levels of the organization. Therefore, the right candidate is persistent and able to challenge in a constructive and co-operative way. You must be able to meet strict deadlines and function well under pressure. You have a sense of urgency and you can anticipate and react upon changes.
